Concluding the meeting, the Prime Minister welcomed and highly appreciated ministries, sectors, and agencies that have closely followed the policies and directions of competent authorities, actively implemented tasks, in which basically completed negotiations with Russian partners on the construction of Ninh Thuan 1 Nuclear Power Plant.

The Prime Minister emphasized that building a nuclear power plant is a large project, strategic, with a hundred-year vision, and is a new, high-tech, sensitive field, especially in terms of nuclear safety.

The Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries, agencies, and economic groups to complete the draft reports and submissions of the Government Party Committee on the project; and at the same time submit the draft Agreement between Vietnam and Russia and have proposals and recommendations to submit to competent authorities for consideration. In addition, develop draft resolutions and guiding documents of competent authorities at all levels on the project.

Thủ tướng Chính phủ chỉ đạo nội dung các báo cáo, tờ trình phải ngắn gọn song đầy đủ; tập trung thể hiện rõ quá trình thực hiện dự án; tình hình đàm phán với đối tác và kết quả; những nội dung cơ bản đã đạt được nhằm bảo đảm cao nhất lợi ích quốc gia, dân tộc, thu hút công nghệ cao, đơn giản hóa thủ tục hành chính và tối ưu hóa hiệu quả dự án; những nội dung cốt lõi của dự thảo Hiệp định về hợp tác xây dựng Nhà máy điện hạt nhân Ninh Thuận 1 đã được hai bên đặc biệt quan tâm, trao đổi kỹ; các nội dung liên quan việc thúc đẩy triển khai Nhà máy điện hạt nhân Ninh Thuận 2.

Thủ tướng Chính phủ Phạm Minh Chính giao Phó Thủ tướng Chính phủ Bùi Thanh Sơn chỉ đạo; Bộ Công Thương chủ trì do Bộ trưởng Bộ Công Thương trực tiếp chỉ đạo, ký các văn bản liên quan, tiếp thu đầy đủ các ý kiến của Thường trực Chính phủ, phối hợp với các Bộ, ngành, cơ quan, hoàn thành các báo cáo, dự thảo trong ngày 27.1.2026 để trình cấp có thẩm quyền.
