Theo đó, sau khi xem xét Tờ trình số 228-TTr/BTCTU ngày 15.1.2026 của Ban Tổ chức Tỉnh ủy về việc tiếp nhận viên chức vào biên chế công chức khối Đảng, đoàn thể và xếp ngạch công chức tháng 1.2026, Thường trực Tỉnh ủy Quảng Ninh có ý kiến chỉ đạo: Tiếp tục thực hiện việc tạm dừng tiếp nhận cán bộ, công chức, viên chức từ cấp xã về công tác tại các cơ quan, sở, ban, ngành cấp tỉnh cho đến khi có thông báo mới của Thường trực Tỉnh ủy (trừ các trường hợp tiếp nhận về Tỉnh đoàn).
